Lynn, check the Primera Plus website for the schedule from PV to Melaque (whether or not you get off at the La Manz entrance). If you get through customs fairly quickly, you can take a taxi to the bus station in time to catch the late afternoon First Class bus. (I don't know the Second Class schedule.)
