the Kayaks by restricting use after abuse of the "u use it, u return it" requirement.
That has failed, they won't bring back a Kayak that someone else failed to return
nor will the chastise them. Parents and other adults may bring them back if THEIR
kids failed to do so but for the most part the attitude is "not my problem".
It's not the $100 pesos, I can deal with apathy but won't deal with direct resistance.
You don't know what you got till its gone is one of the most true statements on the
planet, I am going to stop loaning them out for a few months (probably permanantly)
and see if something changes. I actually don't think the kids will really care, when
I say no they often say "gracias" and go on their merry way.241
