Seems to me that the clouds that went over us recently have hit an
offshore wind and are reversing course to come over us again early
tommorow. See red arrows.
Tropical storm Lidia (just past Cabo now) formed just north of PV, pretty
far North for a storm to form. I think another Tropical storm may be
getting ready to be born just a bit South of us (see green X). The first
part of the season all of the storms were being born way South and heading
straight out to sea, something has shifted way North.
I am no meteorologist, just havin fun watching and guessing.

Edit: Turns out Lidia did form further South than I thought. It made such rapid forward
progress Wednesday that I just happened to catch it later in the day therefore thinking
it formed off PV.
