At the very least other areas should be made aware that the stuff they
flush into the ocean does not go out to sea, it lands on their neighbors
beaches.
Used to be that when the first heavy rains came there would be tons of trash
come from our Rio. The Delegado put a stop to that and this year was the lightest
load of trash (both organic and otherwise) from the Rio ever, like hardly any!
True this is Mexico and things have been done a certain way for a long time.
Its not that things have to change (they already have with the Rio) but to
make others aware shouldn't be that big of a deal.

There was one post I was looking for where the Lagoon
plants on the beach were beautiful and fresh, couldn't find it.
