Shortly after I posted the original request I received prompt offers of assistance from Rhonda, Judy & Felipe, Barry & Jan, and Cruz. Kathy is now comfortably relaxing in her borrowed recliner from the inestimable Cruz.
Now the question is just how do I get her out?
