So what was the rainfall total this season vs last and or historical? As I understand it, we had a water shortage last year. I don't know if it is due to the water available to in our aquifer or the pumping system or Tamarido taking a lot out of our aquifer or ????? I know that recharging the aquifer via rainfall is important. What might be happening this season?
