Tim, I've no knowledge on the legal status of the lots you are referring to however here are some current observations that may be of interest. The chain link fence gate that closed the back road to your lots and continued on to La Mosca has been ripped off and is now lying to the side, in the weeds. At the beach, the dirt road up and over to the aquarium area has been effectively closed by the installation of a crossing concrete sidewalk with a very high curb. There are no restaurants on the beach, however entrepreneurship is running rampant. People from the restaurants back up the road toward Reblacito, are bringing beach umbrellas, tables and chairs and setting them up on the sand. They will take your beverage and food orders and then race off to the restaurants on their motor scooters, etc to get your stuff. The whole process takes remarkably little time and every one is having a good time. Even the private security people seem to be less grumpy. |
