Sourdough Pesto Friday

This Friday may very well be my last tianguis for this season. If you have freezer space, it is a good time to stock up. I will have: Red Chili Guajillo pesto, Three Green Chile cream cheese, Fresh Harvest Basil pesto, a few Smoked Fish Cream Cheese, and ojala the Fire-Roasted Mesquite-Smoked Red Bell Pepper pesto and as always, my Three-Day Cold-Ferment sourdough bread. If you miss me Friday, see me Sunday at ten a.m. At El Cafe across the street from the Primera Plus bus station in El Centro Melaque. Te veo pronto.
