Greetings! I am offering free, lightly guided Vipassana meditation on the beach this morning (Wednesday) at 10:15. This class is for newbies and those who want more guidance to advance their practice. Vipassana meditation is great for calming the mind, developing mindfulness in daily life, and generating a deep relaxation in the body.
Join me in front of Casa Shanti on the beach. Casa Shanti is a two-story blue building four doors north of Restaurant Don Ruiz (heading down the beach, away from town). I will be there under the umbrellas. If you have difficulty sitting on the sand, you may want to bring a small beach chair.
