So Felipe showed up this morning (tech from Telmex) around 10:30. He spent over an hour checking all my phone lines. Disconnecting and plugging in his little machine. At one time telling me he thought it could be my underground phone lines... etc. I told him nothing has changed and there is no way my phone lines are affecting everyone in La Manz. He gave up trying to find a problem. He reconnected my lines, asked me to use the internet for an hour keep a record of what it does and he would be back. I have keep a record for the past hour and a half and the connection speeds go from download 840 to 670-uploads from 7 to 290. I guess it's not fixed.... |
