Today I received a call from a Supervisor at Telmex for Infinitum, who wanted to know if I am still having problems. I advised her no, it is much better but I had not called back to let them know because I wanted to make sure the service stayed up and in good working order for at least a week. |
She spoke English and wanted to know if she could close the ticket out. It seemed to be very important to her to close it. I finally told her she could close it out and thanked them for only taking 4 weeks to repair it.
I wonder, would it be pushing it to call and ask for a 4 week credit? Na, I am just happy it is fixed and did not stop immediately after she closed out the ticket.
