Did ODESS already speak this morning? I thought I heard the tone, but couldn't hear any announcement. Yesterday I heard "This is only a test. Do not be alarmed ..." loud and clear. Perhaps audibility depends, as does much in life, on which way the wind blows. Y'all down there will let us know back here if we should be alarmed, right?
