A friend told me a story recently. They were having dinner and their guest phone rang. It was a notification service letting him know that the International Space Station could be seen orbiting overhead at that moment. They all went outside and there it was.

I would love some kind of "whales or Dolphins in the Bay" notification system. A phone call or perhaps another way to use ODESS?
