very sick dog

Hi I befriended a very sick dog this morning who is hanging around the tonala hotel. She is very very sick...bleeding face and ear, absesses, stub tail. Not sure what kind of dog she is but about the size of a weimereiner (sorry don't know spelling!!) Beige in colour. Eyes very infected and sores on her rump. I asked around if she is owned by anyone but nobody seems to know. She has a blue collar. I wandered up to the vets and she said to bring her in. Does anyone know anything about this dog? I have to go back to Canada tomorrow so can't get too involved. Any info appreciated. Julie, Rusty any ideas?? Thanks
