My name is Frank Orozco. I am the new assistant chief of police in the county of La Huerta.

I see that the date of our meeting in La Manzanilla with the mayor and the chief of police is "wrong". The mayor, chief of police and myself will be in La Manzanilla to address the Canadian and the American community of La Manzanilla on Monday the 15th of Feb 2010.

I will make sure that this information gets to all the people who are interested in attending. We all hope to see everyone attend.
