Please tell me if Mike Barbee is licensed to take people out fishing. If he is, great! I have heard of a few guys in Barra that will take you out "on the sly", but the local fishermen who are licensed to make their living by the sea are aware of their activities and are looking for legal ways to shut them down. Who needs that kind of trouble? |
