If you don't want to spend $50. you can take a bus to Cihuatlan, transfer to a bus to Melaque, transfer in Melaque to the bus that goes to La Manzanilla. Or, you can post a message on the message board and ask if someone goes to La Manzanilla at the date and time you arrive. Good luck and enjoy La Manzanilla. Don't get eaten by the crocodiles.
