Overnight Delivery from the US

What is the best way to get expedited delivery of a small package (6 0z.)from the US? DHL, UPS, FEDEX or.. I have used DHL for overnight many years previous and it was less than satisfactory once and great the other time. I do realize it will not be literally overnight.
