DHL took three weeks from Guadalajara to La Manz. They don't deliver here regularly, so one shouldn't use them for packages coming this way. Glad to hear that UPS delivered to La Manzanilla three times in good manner. I just used DHL from Manzanillo to Guad overnight and it was delivered before noon the next day. I realize that the OP is referring to shipments from the US, but if DHL can't deliver from Guad, it isn't likely they are going to be able to deliver from the US or Canada.
