I am a chiropractor who has been trying to relocate to LM but still in Hawaii at the moment. I know neck pain to be very challenging. Try ice, 20 min on , 20 min off several times a day, large doses of Calcium/Mag to release muscle spasms,gentle massage and if need be resort to ibuprofen and of course rest is still the best medicine. Sorry I am not there yet.
