Gas Plant Pollution- Any news?

| Has anyone noticed any difference in pollution with new liquid gas plant in Manzanillo. Has there been less haze when flying over Manzanillo? Hopefully, with the new gas power plant, the older ones will be reducing there pollutants as they go dormant. Did one of the old ones get shut down yet? |
