The real problem is all the huge container and tanker ships coming in and out of port, all burning low grade, high sulfur bunker oil.

There is a move afoot worldwide now, to convert these ships (including the largest Cruise Ships, some of the worst offenders) to LNG as well, or at least make new ships that use LNG.
