We have found great medical care in Puerto Vallarta and I don't find it a much farther trip than Manzanillo these days, depending on which side of the city you're on.

We have a great OB/Gyn here and she's quite highly regarded. Dra. Laura Garcia. She's in Old Town PV, just as you arrive. I'd call her office and find out what to do next.
