You can try the doctor at the Centre de Salud (SP...aologies) who is very good. She'll set you on the right track. It's by the secondary school, on the street on the highway side. It's a white building.

There are also good doctors and testing facilities in Melaque. We have used Doctor Ernesto Real, and Dr. Rosa.
