Discharging grey water on beach

walking along the beach with my partner today only to notice the trailer which is parked right beside Mr. Dagoli's home is discharging their grey water from their camp site (trailer-camper)directly onto the beach, there's a soapy, slimy creek running directly down to the water....... disgusting!
