I'd uninstall Picasa completely and download it again and reinstall. Between the two I'd probably clean out temporary internet files and history. I might even do a disk cleanup. Your pictures are safely saved in Pictures or My Pictures, depending on which version of Windows you're using. I assume it's Windows. Technically all computers are PCs - personal computers. Picasa doesn't actually store pictures. It's just a tool to organize them and money around with them. Good luck. Vicki
