Chichen Itza is an archeological site located in the Yucatan -- more than 2100 km from La Manzanilla. It (Cichen Itza), has not been active for more than 500 years.

Why would you mention the exploding of a few pesos of Mexican made fireworks--paid for by Mexicans in the same post as Chichen Itza?
