Bob and Cissie were some of the first gringos we met when we arrived in La Manzanilla almost 17 years ago. We were all sitting on Tenacatitia beach at Fiesta Mexicana having a great afternoon. He and Cissie's southern hospitality made us feel at home and assured us we were making the right decision of moving to La Manz.
He will be missed by all and we hope the best for Cissie.
