Chi Gong 'club'

Hi everybody! Our Chi Gong 'club' will begin again tomorrow, Tuesday the 17th. at 8 a.m. on the beach between Pedro's and Quinta Valentina's.
If you haven't done Chi Gong before, come and follow along. It is similar to Tai Chi, but less complex and it's very good for every joint and organ in your body. Several of us have arthritis, but can still keep up nicely.

Chi Gong is usually Tues., Thurs., and Sat. No fee while we practice. Later, if Keith Beldam comes down, we usually give him 10 pesos each to help correct us and teach us some new moves.
This Thursday there's a parade starting around 8:30, so we won't be on the beach.
