Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund

In the US there is a Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund, it advises communities on how
to fight corporations on the local level. I have never heard of this until tonight and am
wondering if there is a way to get legal advice similar to this for the Tenacatita situation's.

Just a thought.
