Rental Problems

Hello, we have made reservations for a home in La Manzanilla for 10 days in February through Ada Raquel Zuniga tenacatitabay.com. We have wired approx. $700 US three weeks ago and have not received confirmation. We have emailed and left messages on vm in Spanish with no response. Does anyone have any suggestions or input on this rental agency? Thank you.
