The dog on the beach belongs to Eloy the taxi drivers mother. He is old, and even tho sick and in pain he loves her and follows her every morning when she goes for a walk way down the beach. Sometimes he can hardly even walk but he still goes after her. Guess he somehow missed her this day and just collapsed. I am surprised he is even still around. I hope he got home by now. He is a sweet boy.
