Jalisco and Colima are following different rules when it comes to showing financials.

In both cases it's equals the same because the old financial levels work for both and it is assumed your retirement income continues as long as you are here.

The only hardship is making the trip to Vallarta and staying overnight to be there in the morning .... them maybe doing it twice moew
