thank you Daniel for your response, but that only opens it up to more questions:
Is it a condo project or hotel? What happens to the building after the 15 year concession expires? Who exactly is building it...Mexican Nationals or Foreigners? And, will it be upscale or for locals to rent?
PS...sorry I didn't notice any board in front of it when we passed by
