I did receive you email, I remember how difficult it was to get my service installed,so no a new one is not an option for me.
It seems to be working much better as of Thursday evening. Magic! I will call them again to see what they seem to have done. It still is slower about 5 Mps but I pay for twice that the ping speed was up to 200 now it is 20, better.
