Paul, given that Senora Chuy's house and roof fell over on it's side during Patricia, have plans been made to improve earthquake resistance for the new roof structure and supporting posts during wall construction? I would gladly help out with a structural design which could be incorporated into the new "soft" walls. If I can be of help plz let me know. I'll even put my apron on and lend a hand if we're working in wood. Just the type of kindness I would love to show a valued neighbor. Rojo
