Tamarindo may recycle their water but that would not nearly be enough for a golf course. In addition they have a free flowing creek that flows into the ocean. This was not in existence before the development. Where does this water come from?
Yes we can only discuss this issue as the local population and "powers at be" are really the only ones that could "restrict or regulate" water issues.
