just in case one doesn't appreciate what they are doing........... that is really hard work. those things are heavy and hard to handle and they have hardly any equipment to help them.

these artifical reefs are very valuable to the fish stock. they provide lots of small places for different species to propagate and mature enough to get out into the big bad world. we should encourage them in this activity.
