For your skin and lips, make chamomile tea, let it cool (or even refrigerate) and put in a spray bottle. If you don't have chamomile, use baking soda instead.

Also, if you have aloe vera (or a plant growing outdoors), refrigerate it and rub it on your skin. It really helps.

I Googled sunburned eyes and got this:
If your eyes feel like they have sand in them from being sunburned, I use a raw potato. Believe it or not this really works. My dad taught me this trick from being a welder and getting welding burns in his eyes. Slice about a 1 inch slice of the raw potato and place it over your eyes for about an hour. There is something in the potato that will get rid of the sandy feeling in your eyes in a few hours. You can wrap the potato in a thin cloth when placing on your eye.
