I can bet you the dogs were poisoned because they were barking non stop all night long.I couldn't figure out why the dogs weren't barking lately,now I know. I don't understand why the-so called owners don't get them inside or quiet them-(well I do know why),just a stupid thought.
No one will ever know who did it,or if they do know,they won't say anything,as they don't want any trouble,as usual.
Just an FYI,I prefer animals to humans..
