I listen to the recording and read the transcription and what I heard is that he says the "Accusations are false, the state of Texas knows it, I would have never ever been allowed to carry a firearm.... if that was not the case. Here in Mexico I am allowed to carry a firearm.", but he does not address the fact the Pearce County Records have him as an individual with a history of a sexual conviction, so what is that all about. I think Frank has to prove beyond doubt that was has been posted on their records is in error. It is pretty easy to say it is not the truth but it would appear to me that it is his word against the posted records of the police and in reality it has nothing to do with the Huston police department. We are being asked to believe him and someone did some due diligence and found out something that casts some shadows onto the statements made by Frank. At this point, who do you believe???????? That is the question and it is up to Frank to prove his innocence.
