I did some work on this subject last night and found this page http://www.goodradioshows.org/peaceTalksL36.html It has a link to this audio version, which I really enjoyed listening to it gave me some good insight as to what non violent communication is about. http://www.goodradioshows.org/ramFiles/Podcast/PeaceTalksRosenberg75.mp3 On the work permit stuff, It seems to be all about how Cristie (or anyone with similar interest) words the offer. If they were to say something along the line of " I would be happy to come to your village and give a two day seminar to as many as who would like to attend if those interested cover the expenses, which are approximately $xxx US dollars. Please let me know if your interested". That way there is no mention of a cost per person, income or donation..... just a "you get me there and I'll do the rest" kind of offer. I don't think most would think about a work permit when it was stated in those terms.
