Loud noises in Paradise

| If anyone has any advice on a constructive way to address a person who is playing excessively loud noise on a property near where I stay, please respond to this post. Any advice for effectively dealing with this in a way that won't exasperate the problem would be appreciated. This person is a worker who comes to a neighbor property, (owner is not here), 3x a week or so, and blasts a stereo with varied kinds of noise while he is working! I don't know the owners of that property or I would contact them directly to talk with this person. I am merely a caretaker of the property directly downwind from the one where the noise is emanating, and I'd rather not ask the owners of this property for contact info. for their neighbor. Thanks in advance for your positive suggestions in successfully resolving this matter. I am somewhat concerned that if I directly confront this person, it could make things worse. |
