Hey Donald. Opinions are like a**holes. You just expressed yours! I know exactly where I am and what the local customs are, having spent many years in Central America. I've consulted some locals and even they feel that the guy is excessive with his noise creation. If you think I'm whining, too bad, I suggest that you don't read what I have to say if it bothers you. There are many solutions for each situation. Thanks for sharing what you feel is a solution to resolving this situation. I will certainly take your nuggets of wisdom into consideration.
