About salting the mines and BS paperwork:

That was my thought exactly when the news broke that the concession was rescinded due to lack of fee payments of ą$1 million USD.

My immediate thought on that was someone just put a value ($1M US) on what it's going to cost to clean up the concession mess.

It is in the early stages of changing from "not Rodenas' concession" to "Rodenas
concession if they pay greenmail of $1M USD."

While I am sure Rodenas will work to sweeten its deal, the sea change has already occurred as we begin to look at the concession as theirs.
