This is what happens when you build on top of a Mangrove? Or was it caused by ignorance and/or indifference? Perhaps the Riu family (Princess resorts and hotels) should re-think their policy of controlling and exploiting Mexico's coastline to accumulate personal wealth at the expense of so many. Don't they have enough already? Its time for the government of Mexico to stop supporting mega, foreign development and its time tourists stop supporting the destruction of Mexican beaches.
