Thank you for sharing your 'adventure' Julie. So glad you are doing well. Also, great news to hear of your good experience with Armando and the ambulance volunteers. I have visited with them and seen their sparse equipment--and their enthusiasm.
In addition to the fundraiser in Nansee's above comment, several other events are being planned. ON SATURDAY, FEB.5, A ' HEALING HANDS' event will take place at Casa Luz. Massage and other healing arts will be offered by local volunteers. Proceeds will go to the ambulance service.
There is also 'rumor' of an Irish party with food and music--maybe our own St. Patrick's Day celebration.
