I make this trip weekly and the ETN is by far nicer and only a few dollars more. You need to tell the taxi to take you to the Tonala bus depot as there are two depots in Guad.
ETN --this goes to Barra which is not that far from Melaque it will cost you about 30 extra peso to get to La Manz from Barra vs Melaue.
ETN times:
2:20 PM, 5:00 and 6:00
Primera Plus:
2:00 PM, 7:00
