I agree with you and I also believed that information was true, that was my mistake. with the officals at the court it depends how they want to read it and what they decide.
We also argued that she quit of her own accord to go on to her own store front business. Did not matter - again I could have taken it to the next level and then the next and on and on. I choose not too as I have been down that road before and the tine and cost of attorney is far greater than it is to pay them off. This is sad but it is how it worked. I realize that this is what they hope we will do
just pay if off and go on.
