Just a little update on the SUP Yoga:

1. Weīre going to charge $400 instead of $450.

2. We can handle a max number of 7 instead of 6.

3. You should be comfortable changing yoga positions and comfortable in the water in order to take this class. You donīt have to be an expert by any means, but you definitely need to know how to swim--thatīs the only pre-requisite.
